Augustine Lee is a dedicated advocate for Leadership Growth and Development. Inspired by John Maxwell's principles of leadership, Augustine embarked on his journey in 2012, crafting his first youth leadership program. Since then, he has been empowering individuals, groups, and companies to enhance their leadership skills and achieve their goals.

As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, Augustine is fulfilling his dream of training and coaching others using the transformative material that has shaped his own life.

With a wealth of experience spanning nearly a decade, Augustine has been actively involved in leadership training and coaching. He began his journey as a Leadership Trainer and Coach in 2012, focusing on youth development until 2022. Since 2018, he has expanded his reach to work with adults, guiding them towards personal and professional growth.

As an Associate Trainer with Aventis Learning Group, Augustine specializes in Authentic Leadership and Servant Leadership, imparting valuable insights and strategies to aspiring leaders.

In addition to his training endeavors, Augustine provides Personal and Executive Coaching services, catering to individuals ranging from self-employed entrepreneurs to SME directors. He also dedicates his time to mentoring undergraduates and graduates from Nanyang Technological University, nurturing the next generation of leaders.
