Visualising and Verbalising
The Visualising and Verbalising program (Lindamood-Bell) develops concept imagery, or the ability to read and imagine a picture from language. This is an important foundation for comprehension and higher order thinking. The development of concept imagery improves reading and listening comprehension, memory, oral vocabulary, critical thinking and writing. During this program, children aged 6 and above will learn to create gestalts from language in a group environment, and apply these in a variety of environments.
